LPS 20g Long Build

Well, this one was difficult to build up so first we will go with an awesome what it looks like now pic and go into the stand and tidepool tank that is attached with same sump as things progress through this build.

Now lets take it back to the beginning. I was looking for some diversity with grabbing some new live rock from another reefer. When I showed up it was way more then I anticipated. I had some quick thinking to do cause some of the live rock had coral attached. I am not one to turn down coral or purposefully let it go. So make shift tank with heater and flow had to happen.




After this was set up we knew it had to stay. So I had to craft up an idea on how to make it work so next came the stand. We had a 20g long laying around so we thought hey why not. 2 tanks same sump and then my mind started to race about how it would all work! So out of no where the stand had to be for 2 tanks. We got right to it planning it all out on how we were going to make it happen.
After this was set up we knew it had to stay. So I had to craft up an idea on how to make it work so next came the stand. So boom stand done right head in to the house and boom hit with another obstacle! I got turned around with a better make it look nice or its not happening lol.

Awesome all finished up but obviously not even close so next post will be phase 3 and lets just say thats where it get interesting. Plumbing!!!

This part was a real headache and I had to get it perfect or the whole thing would fall apart and not work at all!!! Stay tuned for the next phase in the next few days coming up and you will see why it had to be so perfect. Has me cringing even just thinking about it now lmao hahaha.
