Fish

Well got the chance to grab the one fish I've always wanted. Had to be the perfect color set and each one is different. Some have more yellow some have more cream. This guy has the cream and is everything I've looked for. I have looked at probably over 100 different Scopas Tangs. As soon as I saw this guy I went every other day to check on him. Make sure he was eating and be sure that he was getting thick. Well the day came and he is going to be an absolute monster in the low boy. Can't wait to get him placed. Gonna be such a Rockstar.

I actually enjoy the whole quarantine process with the new reef friends , a neon goby and a hectors goby chillin in there little custom 10 gallon aio qt tank, with pvc hides and some glass decor to spruce it up! It really great to be able to watch them up close and they also get a view of there new homes and friends , also there tank mates get to spend a month watching and getting used to them as well!

I wanted to try and create an all inclusive fish guide with the general temperament (Listed in order of aggressiveness on a scale of teddy bear to cocaine bear) of common aquarium fish as well as any anecdotal quirks they might have. This is a living document so I would love to hear stories about your fish attitudes in the comments and I will keep updating the list to reflect all of your experiences!

The larger groupings of fish will be bold while specific fish with more unique behavior or different temperament will be listed individually.

Important:

1. All fish are unique creatures with unique attitudes and behaviors this is meant only as a general guide.

2. Fish of the exact same species if not a mated pair or a shoaling type fish will always be more aggressive toward each other sometimes fighting to the death.

I mix san fran bay brine, v20 mysis, pe mysis ,v20 marine fusion, BA coralamino and selcon , then fill gummy bear molds , makes the perfect size for nano tanks and feeds everyone ! Nutrition is they key to success with all aquaria imo!
