A year ago, coming back to the hobby after a hiatus. Our main tank (450) needed a lot of work to eliminate algae and get the parameters back in line and stable. To satisfy the desire to have corals "right now!" I took some live rock from the long established tank and started this innovative marine 25g lagoon
Reefi uno 2.0 led light
Red sea ATO
Ecotech MP10 shooting flow around the back behind rock scape to create gyre flow
Small refugium in the back filter box section with macro algae lit by a small plant led light
All for reef in top off to replenish elements along with regular large volume waterchanges

Dwarf horsies!
Here are the last pictures I took of this tank in this form. All the livestock and rock went into my new red sea reefer 350. Now it will be a dwarf seahorse and pipe fish tank with soft coral and gorgonians
Things are looking good!!!
After discovering that one of the fish in my 450G developed a taste for zoas and mushrooms most of the coral in the tank got transferred to the 450 since it's parameters came back into range (which was the plan anyway). And now this tank will be dedicated to my love of zoas and mushrooms! Still a few little sps up top that have been doing well and won't get in the way
